●About the wood used

All FOMUS masu are made from Japanese cypress.
This wood is mainly sourced from the Tokai region, including Gifu Prefecture, which is famous for THinoki, and Nagano Prefecture, where Kiso Hinoki is located.

The overall light color, close to pale orange, gives it a calm and clean feel, and each piece has a different color and wood grain, but this is also unique because it is a natural material.
